It’s All Change Print E-mail

It’s all change within the Halton Strategic Partnership’s (HSP) central team.  In May, the team bid farewell to Ian Grady who spent many successful years as the Head of Policy and Partnerships.  We wish him well in his new venture.

Debbie Houghton, Policy Officer, offers Policy support to the Safer Halton and Urban Renewal Specialist Strategic Partnerships (SSPs), alongside work on sustainability and climate change

Mark Grady, also a Policy Officer, has joined the team on secondment from Children and Young People, while Lisa Driscoll and Diane Lloyd are on maternity leave.  Mark deals with policy for the Employment Learning and Skills and Healthy Halton SSPs.

Shèlah Semoff, Partnership Officer is supporting the Children & Young People’s SSP, co-ordinating the Local Area Agreement (LAA), providing financial monitoring support for Halton’s Working Neighbourhood Fund and has picked up the Equalities and Community Cohesion agenda on behalf of the HSP.

Helen Murphy has joined the team from the private sector to replace Matthew Atherton as the Communications Officer, providing communication support and advice to partners as well as promoting the HSP.
